Named after the famous storage-hungry animal, the
Surf Squirrel SCSI 2 interface allows you to connect
upto 7 SCSI devices to your Amiga including
CD-Rom drives, SyQuest, DAT's, Magneto Optical
and Tape Streamers.
Fully tested with a wide range of SCSI and SCSI 2 peripherals, the Surf Squirrel supports data transfer speeds of upto 1.2 megabytes per second on a standard A1200 and can reach upto 3 megabytes per second on a 68030 or faster based machine. The Surf Squirrel also comes equipped with a high performance, fully buffered serial port to give reliable data transfer rates upto 230,400bps, high speeds such as this can dramatically speed up web browsing and will enable you to download files quicker than ever before. The Surf Squirrel SCSI interface comes complete with a 50-way SCSI connector cable, full instruction manual, warranty card and easy to install software.
